FLAK srl is released from its obligation of delivery for all cases of force majeure. For information, total or partial strikes, floods, fires, declared natural disasters are cases of force majeure. The cu
stomer has 14 days from the delivery of his order to return the products in stock to FLAK srl for exchange or refund without penalty except for the shipping costs already incurred. The cost of shipping a product that has already been shipped will not be refunded.
The refund or exchange of a personalized product is permitted only on presentation (photos or return merchandise) demonstrating the error made by FLAK srl.
No shipping costs incurred by the buyer without prior agreement from customer service will be refunded.
If an item is returned by the carrier either because it was not claimed within the allotted time, or because the customer will not have mentioned in his delivery address full or accurate contact information, the shipping fee will be charged again to the recipient so that the parcel can be re-shipmentd, if the customer following this return requests the refund of his order. , this will be reduced from the shipping costs already incurred during the d
